Evaluating a property and adjoining sites for hazardous substances before purchase can save you and your client thousands of dollars in remediation costs. IVS created the first statewide map and database of hazardous waste sites in Vermont and continues to regularly update this valuable source of information.

To supplement its mapping efforts, IVS has also created a sophisticated digital library that contains articles, reports and other critical information associated with individual sites.

Our competitive pricing structure is based on your certification needs:

Level I Property Screening

$275.00

Includes 1/2 - 1 mile "threats" map, environmental database reports and written assessment of potential threats by senior scientist.

Level II Property Screening

Includes Level I property screen and additional screening for your choice of the following data:  Wetlands, 100 year flood plain, wellhead protection areas, endangered or threatened species, parcel boundaries, soils, surface water, geology, and orthophotography.

Stormwater Screening

Review state data sources to determine whether the subject property is located in an impaired watershed and locate and attach stormwater permits related to the property.
