Air Pollution/IAQ Project Manager
Performs field assessments for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and designs stack tests; develops proposals, work scopes, and reports for IAQ projects; substantial client interaction. Business development and staff management will be required. Successful candidate must have good writing and organizational skills; 5+ years experience; BS or higher degree in air pollution or related field.
GIS Analyst
Professional level GIS staff position available at a well-established company. Will work with existing and new clients developing GIS databases and mapping products and performing GPS related tasks. This position will also be responsible for developing new markets, as well as enhancing the existing capabilities within the firm.
Minimum five years’ experience and MS degree preferred. This position requires a solid understanding of GIS database management, cartography, programming and GIS marketing. GIS programming using VB/VBA, web GIS, javascript, SQL, python using ESRI suite of products. Experience with AutoCAD a plus.

Environmental consulting firm with 22 employees seeks accounting assistant/Payroll processor/human resources/office who enjoys working in a casual environment (2-person office). Responsibilities include all administrative duties inherent to being an accounting assistant, including but not limited to:
Maintaining employee personnel work records and assisting with recruiting, orientation, and disciplinary actions of personnel;
Working closely with full-time accountant and business managers;
Processing bi-weekly payroll and all related duties thereto;
Tracking and maintaining accounts receivable and collections duties;
Assisting in-house accountant - must have general bookkeeping and related knowledge;
Receptionist duties;
Mail processing;
Reports compilation and binding;
Planning and facilitating company events;
Maintaining staff compliance for OSHA requirements;
Responding to inquiries of owners, business managers, and staff efficiently and effectively;
Tracking/maintenance of office equipment, inventory, and vehicle fleet
Word, Excel, Quickbooks (including billing and payroll) knowledge a must;
Requires good verbal and written interpersonal communications and customer skills;
Must multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines in a positive and pleasant manner;
Full time position, regular work week (M-F, 8-5)
