Property Screening Services

Evaluating a property and adjoining sites for hazardous substances before purchase can save you and your client thousands of dollars in remediation costs. Heindel & Noyes created the first statewide map and database of hazardous waste sites in Vermont and continues to regularly update this valuable source of information.

To supplement its mapping efforts, Heindel & Noyes has also created a sophisticated digital library that contains articles, reports and other critical information associated with individual sites.
