Includes 1/2 - 1 mile threats map, environmental database reports and written assessment of potential threats by a senior scientist.
| Level II Property Screening |
$20.00 for each additional data layer |
Includes Level I property screen and additional screening for your choice of the following data: wetlands, 100 year flood plain, wellhead protection areas, endangered or threatened species, parcel boundaries, soils, surface water, and geology.
| Stormwater Screening |
$70.00 |
Review state data sources to determine whether the subject property is located in an impaired watershed and locate and attach stormwater permits related to the property. |
