Land Use Planning and Permitting

Heindel & Noyes provides permitting and logistics support for Federal, State and local land-use permitting. Our experience in permit processes ranges from a simple modification of existing permits to the preparation and presentation of complex environmental impact statements. The land use planning staff routinely works with municipalities, developers, and attorneys in the process to facilitate the development and presentation of engineering and scientific materials necessary to lead our projects from conceptual sketch plans to construction phase engineering drawings.

The permitting and planning group works closely with the other divisions within Heindel & Noyes, using them as necessary to create easily understandable and effective plans. These planning documents are submitted to local, State, and Federal authorities for review. Our planners also present plans for public review and comment at local and state-level hearings.
